PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! HAIR PROVIDED for ALL styles except twists, crotchet, and locs. Colors 1B, 2, and 4. Extra for other colors (communicate at least 3 days in advance). DEPOSITS All deposits are non refundable except if I cancel the appointment. All deposits to go through my website. LATE/ NO SHOWS 10min - $15 late fee Appointment cancelled after 15 minutes. Card on file will be charged 50% of the REMAINING balance due to the inconvenience. OR $1/minute until arrival. Failure to collect payment, balance will have to be paid in order to rebook. No Call/No Shows will be banned from booking. CANCELLATIONS Contact me before the 72 hour mark. Failure to do so results in card being charged. RESCHEDULES Deposit can be used to rebook within a fortnight, after that it’s non-refundable. If I’m booked, no refund. PAYMENT Remaining balance can be paid on the website (hour before end of appointment), cash, zelle, or ApplePay after the appointment. CHECK FOR ALLERGIES I only use Xpression Braiding hair and Shine n Jam or Let’s Jam. Feel free to check if you’re allergic before getting your hair done. I can give you a sample of any of the products, or get them yourself. If your are, you may substitute with what works for you. These products are the least to none reactive.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment.
